Shipping + Returns

Shipping: All shipping is via Canada Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and between 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. This will result in an additional 2–3 days for fulfilment.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Pickup is Free: Same-day pickup is available. Items must be picked up within three days of the order date.

Pickup in Fort Garry.

Delivery: Orders will be delivered within 72 hours.

$5 flat rate for orders under $75.

FREE delivery for orders over $75.

Delivery is currently limited to weekdays and to the following postal code FSAs: R2N, R3M, R3N, R3P, R3R, R3S, R3T, R3Y.

Return Policy

All Sales are FINAL.

All items are carefully sorted to ensure only quality items are posted for sale under one of the following categories.

New with tags (NWT): brand new, never worn with tags still attached.

Excellent Used Condition (EUC): no or minimal signs of wear.

Gently used condition (GUC): signs of wear from normal use and washing, such as fading or light pilling. All flaws are noted in the description.

Play: showing wear but lots of life left. Great for messy play, daycare, or just getting a bargain! Any damage will be described and/or shown in a photo.
